Fruits and vegetables: Present and Future. Spices, the great unknown Sunday, March 4 , 17.00-18.30 h Eduard Soley- MERCADO BOQUERÍA Mercats de Barcelona will be present at Barcelona Degusta in the shape of two enticing Aulas del Gusto. Also featured will be La fruita i la verdura, present i futur (Fruits and vegetables: Present and Future) and Les especies, unes grans desconegudas (Spices, the great unknown). Both presentations will expose spectators to an infinite number of condiments, exotic fruits and unusual delights, such as edible flowers.
