The Frozen Foods Month campaign
a pioneering effort in Spain, which brings together all
the top national manufacturers of frozen foods will be
present at the Aulas del Gusto with a very intriguing concept:
the Culinary School Frozen Foods Month. Jesús
Román, President of the Spanish Society of Dietetics
and Food Sciences (Sociedad Española de Dietética
y Ciencias de la Alimentación, or SEDCA) will be in charge
of spreading the word on the health-promoting qualities inherent
in this type of products. And, after the appearance of this expert
on nutrition, Mario Sandoval,
owner of the Michelin-starred Restaurante Coque, will give a practical
class on how to prepare meals that are both tasty and healthy.
