Learning about the health-promoting qualities of certain foods, discovering new fragrances inspired by wine, enjoying tasting sessions of whisky and new wines, embarking on an exotic trip through salt... These are just a few of the proposals for adult consumers on offer at our Aulas del Gusto programme.

Plus, this edition will feature the new Espacio Boquería. A perfect place for the youngest members of the family to learn by touching and tasting the specialities from one of the world’s foremost markets. This is a very special place where in addition to offering educational sessions for budding young gourmets – led by Eulàlia Fargas – there will be classes for adults, as well as tasting sessions and talks on cold meats, fruit, coffee, vegetables, poultry and venison.
