Carmelo
Bosque began his professional career in a restaurant
specialising in toast. One day, "strolling through San
Sebastiáns old quarter" he discovered the
Bodegón de Alejandro and, with it, his love of gastronomy.
Shortly thereafter, he took the helm at the restaurant Navas
de Huesca, where it won the Alto Aragón regions
very first Michelin star. He currently runs his own establishment,
La Taberna de Lillas Pastias,
located in the building most emblematic of Huescas modernist
style and which has its own Michelin star. |
