To ensure that all exhibits have access to equitable conditions, the show organisers have set out the following contractual terms and conditions:
- Modular stands of 16m2: Following the ‘key in hand’ format, these stands are sized 16m2 (4m x 4m) and feature a modular construction of the same dimensions. (A single company can reserve up to a maximum of two modules.) - Modular stands of 9m2: Following the ‘key in hand’ format, these stands are sized 9m2 and feature a modular construction of the same dimensions. (A single company can reserve up to a maximum of two modules.) - Floor Space: Format available to grouped participants only (organisations, entities, and associations). These spaces are specifically intended for groups to design their own space according to their needs and create their own reception areas, provided that the modular system of the exhibition hall is respected. The minimum space that can be rented is 100m2 and the maximum, 300m2.
