A great taste in the mouth

Barcelona Degusta left a great taste in the mouths of the 161 exhibitors and 27,000 visitors who got the chance to discover, sample and purchase top quality food and wine and brand new delicatessen products for the Christmas season.

Traditional food and drinks from artisan producers and/or with Designations of Origin, such as wines, cavas, beers, charcuterie, cheeses and confectionary, continue to be the most popular. There was also significantly more interest in organic farming and livestock breeding. Some 80% of visitors bought something at the show.
